Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Policy

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days.

Domestic (Netherlands): Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days after dispatch.

International (EU): Delivery times vary between 3-7 business days depending on the destination.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.

3. Returns & Refunds

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Brokerage & Specialized Services

Please note that for specific brokerage services or custom-ordered vehicle parts, different conditions may apply as outlined in your service agreement.
